How can I have the
price of your Italian coffee? Just
ask a quotation, submit here.
Why don't you publish the
prices? They depend on too many
factors. Publishing a price list is almost
impossible.
I am a home consumer,
I love high quality Italian coffee, may I buy
it directly from you? No. We are
sorry but we just sell to coffee professionals
(importers, distributors, coffehouses, etc.)
able to order large quantities (see below
for minimum order volume).
Are you
requiring any minimum
purchase? Yes. We only do business
with coffee professionals who need pretty large
volumes of coffee.
Our minimum order is 3+ pallets, that is approx
1.500 kg (3,000 lbs).
How are your prices,
compared to other market
players? We prefer other players
struggle positioning themselves as a cheap
alternative. Our marketing weapons
are the quality of our premium
coffee and the "old style" service
and assistance. Price is not a factor that we
leverage.
What types of
payment do you accept?
We accept payments through
wire transfer.
Do you ship
internationally?
Of course: CoffeeIT can ship
worldwide. Your location is not a constraint
for doing business with us.
How
do you determine shipping
rates? Shipping fees are based on
the volume of the coffee, and on the
method of shipment.
Each Country has different delivery costs,
that are clearly indicated in the
documentation that we exchange with our
customers prior to their
order.
Should I
consider any duty charges on top of the price
of coffee? It
depends. All deliveries to Countries belonging
to the European Union are duty free. For
shipments out of European Union, or in other
continents, contact your local customs
office to know the duty rate.
Some examples: -
AUSTRALIA 15%
- JAPAN 5%
- USA 4.33%
What are
your shipping methods?
We most of the times use
overseas transportation for huge
volumes. Higher
urgency shipment can be done via air.
DHL or UPS Express or FedEx or Priority Mail
are the services used to ship coffee
samples.
What is the
estimate delivery time for purchased
coffee?
We commit to ship out bulk
orders in 15-20 working days.
What is
the estimate delivery time for coffee
samples? Coffee
samples are prepared and shipped
within 2-3 working days. They get to
destination in 2-3 working days, if shipped via
carrier (UPS; DHL, FedEx, etc), or 10-15
calendar days, when shipped via priority
mail.
Read more on coffee sample
policy.
Are shipments
insured?
Yes, all coffee
shiments are covered by
assurance.
Do you keep coffee in stock?
No. We do not keep any roasted
coffee in stock. We always roast and deliver on
demand.
In order to guarantee fast delivery time, we
just keep a stock of green coffee. So,
when we get an order, we just have to roast the
coffee, package it, and ship to
destination.
Can I get a tracking number for my
shipment? It depends on the
shipping method. If you need to have a track
number, contact
us.
Do you sell
coffee makers? (e.g. espresso coffe
makers, moka's, grinders,
etc.) Yes, we sell a few, but
only as a complement of our coffee sales.
Visit our coffee maker
equipment page.
Are the coffee machines covered by
warranty? Equipment are
covered by a 1 year international warranty by
the producers. When a repair is needed -
within the first 12 months - the customer will
be responsible for the shipping charges to
CoffeeIT. CoffeeIT will forward to the producer
that will fix the product in warranty and
will ship it back to the final customer, free
of charge.
