Here thery are:

DO: Drink coffee WITHOUT sugar.

DON'T:     Mix coffee with liquors, such as grape (some Italian regions us that a lot: it is called "cafè corretto").
Please, don't do it!

DON'T:     Eat chocolate just before or after drinking your coffee.

DO: Drink coffee early in the morning. Your perception of aroma and flavor will be emphasized.

DON'T:    Drink coffee in glasses or glass cups: they do not give any advantages, it is just 'fashion'.

DO: Drink coffee from a thick cup, prefereably pre-heaten.

DON'T: Drink coffee from thin cups, or cups having 'fun' form. Ideal cup for espresso is the classic, small, thick, white cup.

DON'T: Drink coffee keeping chewin-gum in your mouth.

DON'T: Drink milked-coffee: you loose coffee taste, it can be the highest quality and you do not perceive it.

DON'T: Have coffee while eating a croissant: merging bitterness with sweetness is a mistake.

DON'T: If you like coffee, don't drink cappuccino.

DON'T: Smoke a cigarette after drinking your coffee.
Either you like the coffee, or the cigarette.
If you like smoking just after tasting a good espresso coffee, you are a smoker, not a coffee conneisseur.
