Are there any
'hard'
constraints to

MINIMUM ORDER
VOLUME:
our minimum
order is 3
pallets (approx
1.500
kg, equivalent
of
approx 3,000
lb).
If you cannot
sell-out such
volume, we are
likely a wrong
partner for
you.
2. SAMPLE
POLICY:
we can provide
you with any
amount
of coffee
samples to
allow yourself
and a
panel of your
key clients
tasting our
blends.
And the coffee
itself is
always
FREE.
But costs of
shipment will
CHARGED (and we
only ship
thorugh
international
carrier: FedEx,
UPS, DHL, etc.
No national
postal
services).
The point for
this policy is
not saving $100
or $200 of
shipment.
Is avoiding
request of
samples that
are
not qualified.
By the way,
should you
become our
customer, we
will refund the
full amount for
sample shipment
on your first
order.
