This is a typical order procedure, from the first contact to the fulfilment of your order:
1. you get in contact with us, read information on the web site, ask some further information via e-mail or telephone or fax
2. request a coffee test
3. we ship the coffee samples
4. you are delighted by the coffee you got, and what to start doing business with us
5. request a quotation for a first order, we agree prices, sign a contract, etc.
6. you submit the order
7. we send out a pro-forma invoice
8. payment is made
9. coffee is roasted, packed, and shipped
